Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Returns: Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to availability.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

Custom-Made Orders

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All custom-made or made-to-measure pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Alterations: Minor alterations may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, depending on the nature of the adjustment.
  • Defective Items: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos so our team can review and assist.
  • Order Accuracy: Clients are responsible for confirming measurements, size, and design details before placing the order.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees related to returns, exchanges, or alterations are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an order is not collected or accepted within three months from the shipping date, Luna Couture reserves the right to consider the order abandoned, and any deposit or payment will not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with Luna Couture, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

المنتجات الجاهزة

يمكن استرجاع المنتجات الجاهزة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، ويجب أن تكون القطع غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة وإثبات الشراء. يسمح بالاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج وذلك حسب توفر القطعة. بعد استلام القطعة المرتجعة وفحصها، سيتم معالجة طلب استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يختلف وقت استرجاع المبلغ حسب البنك.

الطلبات المصممة حسب الطلب

جميع القطع المصممة حسب الطلب أو المفصلة تعتبر بيعًا نهائيًا ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها. يمكن طلب تعديلات بسيطة خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، وذلك حسب طبيعة التعديل المطلوب. في حال وجود أي مشكلة في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام القطعة مع تزويدنا بصور ليتمكن فريقنا من مراجعتها ومساعدتك. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من المقاسات والتفاصيل والتصميم قبل إتمام الطلب.

ملاحظات هامة

عند تقديم طلب مخصص، فإنك توافق على سياسة عدم الاسترجاع وعدم الاستبدال الخاصة بـ لونا كوتور. يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن المتعلقة بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو التعديلات. في حال عدم استلام الطلب أو قبوله خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الشحن، تحتفظ لونا كوتور بحق اعتبار الطلب ملغياً، ولن يتم استرداد أي دفعة مقدمة أو مبلغ مدفوع.

سياسة الإلغاء

بمجرد تأكيد الطلب لدى لونا كوتور، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو استبداله. يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل طلبك بعناية قبل إتمام العملية.
